  1. We've gotten a lot of feedback about SDMobile, the biggest complaints usually limit technicians proactivity- limiting them to today's jobs, disallowing them from moving to the next job, etc.
    What do you think? Would you like your techs to have greater ability to take initiative? Or are things fine the way they are?


  2. In SDMobile your techs can complete jobs, but can't record them to the sales journal. What is the best way to keep track of, and record, those jobs that were finished through SDMobile? (by you, at the office)
     
    In other words, is it better to go through the Job Perusal Form under the jobs completed status, go through that day's Dispatch Map for each tech, or something else?
  3. Is there a way to look at and print the parts requests and use by tech, by day?  Wanting to find a simple print order form to base my daily orders off of.  Would rather not go through the details and time of resetting up my truck stock list for each tech, just a simple "these parts were used or ordered by tech" on this date.
