  1. In SDMobile your techs can complete jobs, but can't record them to the sales journal. What is the best way to keep track of, and record, those jobs that were finished through SDMobile? (by you, at the office)
    In other words, is it better to go through the Job Perusal Form under the jobs completed status, go through that day's Dispatch Map for each tech, or something else?
